Shipping policy

  • Please be aware we have a 1-2 week dispatch period for all items listed as they are made to order. If you need your order sooner please contact us.

  • We ship online orders Monday through Friday. Any Orders placed will be processed and accepted the following day.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is shipped and the package will require a signature upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to external factors, once we have given the package to UPS or USPS.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages once we have given the package to USPS or UPS. It is their responsibility to get them to you. Please file a claim with USPS or UPS prior to emailing us about your order.
  • Please ensure you have listed the correct address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to a incorrect address being given to us.
  • We are not responsible for damaged products as we package them with extreme care to prevent any breakage. 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@mehrdesigns.co within 24 hrs of delivery with a photo if the item is damaged so that the issue can be evaluated.
